Overview

ARDA-ROC is the leading organization dedicated to advocating and promoting the legislative interests of timeshare owners at the federal, state and local levels. The ROC-TBMA Summit provides an educational and networking platform for timeshare board members and resort managers of legacy and independent timeshare resorts.  

 The 2026  ARDA ROC-TBMA Summit to be held September 15-17, 2026 at The DoubleTree by Hilton Theme Park Resort  in Orlando, FL.

Registration & Scholarship Opportunities for Timeshare HOA and Resort Managers:

The conference is free for Timeshare HOA Board members and Resort Managers. In addition, ARDA-ROC is providing scholarships for the first 25 board members who apply to register for the event if your interested in attending.  The scholarship includes complimentary two nights lodging at the host hotel, as well as a travel stipend of $500 for board members or resort managers whose resort is an ARDA-ROC contributor, or $250 for board members or resort managers whose organization does not currently contribute to ARDA-ROC.  Local recipients, as determined by ARDA-ROC, are not eligible for the standard travel stipend but may be considered for a reduced travel stipend at ARDA-ROC’s discretion. Receipt of stipend is contingent on attendance for the entirety of the event.  Scholarship entries will be accepted until August 14, 2026, or until the limit has been reached. 

Please note: ARDA-ROC Scholarships are limited to one per board or organization. If, on August 14, there are scholarships available ARDA-ROC, may offer up to one additional scholarship per board or organization.

Individuals who are not with a sponsoring organization, or individuals who are above and beyond the sponsor complimentary sponsor allotment may register at the rate of $1200 for ARDA members and $1500 for nonmember.

Hotel Information

The host hotel for the event is The DoubleTree by Hilton Theme Park Resort  in Orlando, FL. If you are an HOA or Resort Manager attending the event on a ROC scholarship, information on sleeping rooms will be emailed to you with your registration confirmation.   

All others can make their reservations using this link here. The group rate of $134 per night will be available until Tuesday, August 25, or until the block is sold out. Please do not delay in making your reservations, once the block is sold out, ARDA-ROC is unable to add additional rooms at the discount rate and rooms, if available, will be at the prevailing rate.
